An introduction to Thomas Lardner:
When we put our heads together to prepare some marketing material for our new company, we wanted to convey the extent of our combined experience, our professionalism & commitment to our clients together with the high quality of our office, brochure and web based presentation and our ability to sell or let any home, of any style, size or price, anywhere in the East Stockport area.
Hours later we were still some way from the literary masterpiece we had envisaged but we had compiled some statistics that surprised even us;
We realised that we have both been selling and letting properties in the area for almost 25 years – through 5 governments, 2 property booms, 2 slumps and one credit crunch. We have personally negotiated, or managed teams that have successfully negotiated, somewhere in the region of 10,000 property sales.
Many of our client’s have trusted us to sell or let their homes time and time again as we have helped them to secure their first homes, family homes, their perfect homes or their retirement homes.
For most clients a house sale or purchase has been an exciting, optimistic time but some we have helped have faced financial hardship, redundancy, lost loved ones or endured the breakdown of a relationship. On all occasions we have strived to be professional, honest, trustworthy and compassionate. Most importantly, we have been available when needed with honest and constructive advice, never losing sight of what is in the best interest of our clients.

Chris specialises in property management having assisted David in the establishment and development of a regional lettings and management business and thereafter taking principal responsibility for the administration and management of each tenancy.

Cynthia is the most recent addition to our team and has a varied background in sales and customer services. She spent some time selling new build properties at various locations and has a good knowledge of the local area having lived in the Romiley and Marple Bridge area for a number of years.
